Image credit to Maddox Photography NZ is required. Ideal for authors and organisations seeking authentic, high-quality wildlife imagery with clear and professional usage terms.
Commercial LicenseFrom $1,500 – $4,500 NZD per image Created for brands and organisations requiring premium wildlife imagery for commercial applications such as tourism campaigns, corporate branding, advertising, social media, marketing collateral, and packaging. This licence includes non-exclusive commercial use across print and digital platforms for a one to three year term, with national or international distribution priced accordingly. High-resolution master files are supplied. Extended duration, expanded territory, or exclusivity can be arranged upon request.
Exclusive Rights / CopyrightFrom $8,500 – $20,000+ NZD per image For clients requiring full ownership and complete control, this option includes exclusive global rights, unlimited duration and usage, full copyright transfer, and removal of the image from future licensing availability. As this represents the permanent transfer of intellectual property and future earning potential, pricing reflects species rarity, conservation significance, uniqueness of capture, and previous licensing history.
